📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to process my order?

All items are made to order.

Please allow 2–15 business days for production before shipping.
During high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly longer.


How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your country.


My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?

Yes. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

If your tracking hasn’t moved after 7 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.


👕 PRODUCTS & SIZING

Are your items made to order?

Yes. Every Absinthe Society piece is printed specifically for you once an order is placed.

This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer limited, intentional designs.


How do your items fit?

Fit varies slightly by product, but most items are:

  • True to size

  • Designed for a modern streetwear fit

We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.


I’m between sizes — what should I do?

If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

If you like a fitted look, stick to your usual size.


🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, wrong overall col o r choice, or buyer’s remorse.

Please double-check size charts before purchasing.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there’s an issue on our end (misprint, damage, or wrong item), we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@absinthe-society.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has processed and payment clears, the order is automatically sent to production per your specifications, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

If you need help immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our very best to assist.

Are your designs limited?

Many Absinthe Society pieces are released in limited runs:

- These are:

  • Rare Collector Prints.
  • Special Collector Editions.
  • Ultra-Rare Limited Editions.
  • VIP ONLY Rare Collector DROPS (signed by the artist/creator).

 

Some designs may not be restocked once they sell out.


Will a sold-out item be restocked?

Occasionally — but not always.

If a design returns, it may come back in:

  • Different colorways

  • Slightly updated formats

  • Limited quantities

  • VIP Legacy Drop
