## 2. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE
All Absinthe Society products are **made to order**.
This means:
* Items are produced only after an order is placed
* We do not hold large inventories
* Production begins shortly after checkout
Because of this, **all sales are considered final**, except in cases of defect or error on our part (see Returns & Issues).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
* Production and delivery may take **7–21 days**
* Timelines may vary based on product type, order volume, and destination
* Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
* Tracking updates may take **24–48 hours** to appear
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Absinthe Society is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

## 4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.

## 5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because items are made to order:
* Orders **cannot be modified or canceled** once they enter production
* Please review your order carefully before completing checkout
If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we will attempt to assist, but changes are **not guaranteed**.

## 6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & ISSUES
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Incorrect sizing
* Buyer’s remorse
* Preference changes
### We will, however, make it right if:
* You receive a damaged item
* There is a misprint
* You receive the wrong item
